Did you know that oatmeal has soothing, healing properties?


Bathing in it and allowing your skin to absorb the oatmeal water in the bathtub will help give you smoother, softer skin.


How To: Pour a cup of oatmeal into the foot of an old pair of pantyhose and tie a knot at the top, fill the bathtub with warm water and place the oatmeal-filled cloth in the tub, as you soak in the tub, squeeze the saturated oatmeal over your body.
